Flag Making Session – We need your help!
Important items to note:
- You don’t have to know how to sew to help, especially Monday night. There will be much nonsewing type work Monday night.
- This is an opportunity to earn $30 credit towards your Fair Share.- You must work 4 hours in order to earn the credit of $ 30. Only 1 credit may be earned per student.
- You don’t have to work the full 4 hours in one night. You can come 2 hours Monday and 2 hours Tuesday. The kids will be at school Monday and Tuesday nights rehearsing anyway, so why not come and help out the 2 hours each night they’re practicing!
- The 4 hours does not have to be worked by the same person. For example, you can bring 4 people and each work 1 hour, 2 people and each work 2 hours, etc.
- If we do not finish in the 2 nights, there will be more opportunities to work until the flags are finished.
- Items to bring if you have them: Scissors, seam rippers, sewing machine, extension cords
If you plan to come, please call Mrs. Regina at 957-7819 by noon each day, so she will know how many to plan for.
We apologize for not giving more notice, but we didn’t find out about fabric until today and we need to get going on them as quickly as possible.
