Pictures of senior band members with their parents will be taken at 9:30 a.m.
You may want to arrive a little early to allow time to get into uniform.
Pictures will be in full uniform so bring your black band shoes and socks.
Smart Card Sales End

Turn in Smart Cards and/or money at the school beginning at 4:45 pm.
This will be the last opportunity to turn in your money and unsold Cards.
Any monies not turned in or unsold cards not turned in will be deducted from your account to cover the costs with the fundraising company.
Preview Show & Potluck

When: Students need to be there at 6:00 pm. Preview show begins at 6:30 with potluck following.
What to Bring:
Meat or Main Dish – Clarinets, Flutes/Piccolos, French Horns, Trombones
Side Dish or Salad – Baritone/Tubas, Saxophones, Trumpets, Percussion
Desserts – Guard, Field Commander
Everyone please bring either a 2-liter or gallon of tea.
Please bring a dish big enough to feed at least 6 people.
Students will perform the show for families on the practice field in front of the school. After the show, we will go in the cafeteria for the potluck dinner.
