The Band Banquet will be Thursday, May 20 at Goodlettsville First Baptist Church.
All 2009-2010 Marching Band Members & Winter Guard Members (High School & Middle School) are invited.
6:00 pm – Arrival, 6:30 pm – Dinner Served
Tickets for Parents and Family Members are $17/each.
Students do not have to pay for their ticket, but Mrs. Regina has to know if you are coming so that she can get a proper head count.
Tickets for family members have to be purchased by the Spring Concert on May 11.
You may send payment in with your student to school and place it in the basket in Mr. Miller’s office, or you may purchase your tickets at the Spring Concert on May 11.
If you’d like to use money from your student’s account, please fill out a Transfer Request Form found in the “Forms” section of the website.
“Note that all fair share for marching, winterguard, drum line, and any other miscellaneous purchases from the band must be paid prior to receiving awards at the band banquet in May.”
We want every student to receive their awards, please help us make sure that happens, by making sure your accounts are up to date. Awards are a line item in our budget, paid for by the fair share payments.
For any questions about the banquet, please call Mrs. Regina 957-7819.
Mrs. Regina also needs 3 pictures from each of the seniors ASAP for the Senior Board.
The pictures should be a baby/toddler picture, middle school age picture, and a high school (preferably senior picture). The pictures will be returned to the seniors that night immediately following the banquet.

The Band Orientation Meeting is scheduled for Monday, May 17, at 7:00 pm in the Cafeteria.
This meeting is mandatory for all parents!
At this meeting you will be given valuable information about the program.
The first Fair Share payment will be due at the meeting, and upon payment, students will be given their music for next fall.
There are several forms available on the website in the “Forms” section if you’d like to download and get a head start on filling them out before the meeting.
This meeting will also serve as the official booster meeting for May.
