Mandatory Booster Meeting for Chicago Trip

There will be a MANDATORY Booster Meeting for all students going to Chicago.
A parent MUST BE PRESENT to fill out paperwork with Thomas Tours on Monday April 26th at 6:00PM in the Band Room.
Emergency Medical Release Form for Chicago Trip – The form is 2 pages and MUST BE NOTARIZED. There will be a notary available at the mandatory trip meeting on Monday, April 26. The form has to be turned in to MR. MILLER (not Thomas Tours) before going on the trip. Do NOT mail this form to Thomas Tours.

Concert Festival Schedule
Students will be leaving school on buses at 7:45 a.m. They have to be ready to go at 7:45.
If your student’s bus normally doesn’t get to school until this time, please let Mr. Miller know.
Location: Wilson Central High School
Warm-up time is 9:00 a.m. and Performance is 9:30 a.m. with sight readings immediately following.
They should be done by 10:30 and on their way back to school.
Parents are welcome to attend the performance.
Students will wear their uniforms, so please make sure they have black socks and their black shoes.
