Mandatory Parent Meeting for Next Year

The Band Orientation Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, May 17, at 7:00 pm in the Cafeteria.
This meeting is mandatory for all parents!
At this meeting you will be given valuable information about the program.
The first Fair Share payment will be due at the meeting, and upon payment, students will be given their music for next fall.
This meeting will also serve as the official booster meeting for May.

State Concert Festival

9:40 – Dress in uniform bibbers and rehearse – (don’t forget black socks & shoes)
11:30 – Depart Beech High
12:00 – Lunch at the mall (bring money)
1:00 – Depart Mall
2:00 – Arrive at TSU
4:00 – Performance
5:00 – Depart TSU
6:00 – Arrive at Beech High School (approx.)

Where: Oliver Middle School, 6211 Nolensville Rd.
Students who are participating have been given their assigned performance times.
Best route is to take I-24 to Bell Rd. Go west on Bell Rd. to Nolensville Rd. Turn left on Nolensville Rd.
Mr. Miller has maps available.

Disney Luggage Drop-Off

7:00 pm – All luggage for Disney must be brought to the band room.
This includes all students and chaperones.
Luggage must be marked with your name & school.

Booster Meeting / Mandatory Disney Meeting

When: 6:30 p.m.

This is a mandatory meeting for those going on the Disney trip.
This will serve as our March booster meeting.
We will also be finalizing plans for Winter at the Beech coming this weekend!
